【How to apply】​

　Step 1: Take a photo of the Baccarat Chandelier on display at Yebisu Garden Place.​

　Step 2 Follow the official Baccarat Instagram (@baccarat).​

　Step 3. Tag @baccarat and  #バカラフォトコンテスト2022 in the photo on Instagram.​

【Campaign Period】​

・November 12 – January 9​

Photos submitted during the above period will be considered for judging.​

【Announcement of winners】​

・February 2023​

・Winners will be announced upon delivery of the prizes.​

・Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram after the selection process.​

・Important Notes on Submission​

・Contest entries are only accepted through Instagram.​

・You may enter as many times as you like during the contest period. ​

・If you are not following us, do not have the #hashtag, or are not tagged, you are not eligible for the contest.​

・Submissions made outside of the contest period will not be eligible.​

・Photos submitted may be used on the official Baccarat website and official SNS.​

・Photos submitted must be the original work of the submitter and must be unpublished.​

・Baccarat will not be held responsible for any infringement of the right of portrait of the person who is the subject of the photo. In the unlikely event of a dispute with a third party, the entrant will be solely responsible for the dispute.​

・We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the applicant's private account, lack of hashtags or any other malicious or promotional activities.​

・How to contact the winners​

・After careful consideration, winners will be contacted via direct message after the contest is over, so please be sure to follow the official @baccarat account.​

・If the winner does not respond within the reply period after receiving In such case, the prize may be given to another person.​

・The rights of the winners may not be transferred to a third party.​

・Prizes will be shipped only within Japan.​

・The application guidelines and terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any changes to these application guidelines or terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions will be immediately applied.​
