Article 7-Payment terms

7.1. Credit card payment

About credit card authentication
If the credit card used for payment is not authenticated by the credit card company for some reason, Baccarat Customer Service may contact you. 7.2. Cash on delivery payment

For orders placed by 12am on business days, we will usually ship the item within 3 business days. However, it may take longer to ship an order depending on the stock.

8.5. Late delivery

Orders will not be canceled because of late deliveries. We accept cancellation within 3 hours of ordering.


8.6. Order tracking

You can track your shipment status on My Account, My Order. 

8.7. Check your order upon arrival

Customers must check the packaging and condition of the goods at the time of delivery.

You are responsible for withholding receipt and filing any claim you deem necessary, or even refusing to receive the parcel, especially if the parcel is clearly damaged upon arrival. If you have such a hold or complaint, please contact our customer service team.

You must ensure that the products delivered to you is the same product that your order. If the product's character or quality does not match the statement on the packing slip, the customer has to return the product with a return form in an original packaging within 14 days of order delivery. Exchanges of products at the Baccarat Shop will only be accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. Customers or the recipient of the gift, are responsible for paying the return costs and must provide proof of this return, except in certain cases.
